ROI Restaurant & Suites operates the restaurant at 1 Filomousou Etaireias Square, Plaka, 105 58 Athens and the suites at 2 Olympiou Dios Str., Plaka, 105 58 Athens. For anything in this policy, write to info@rohflow.gr.

Visitor statistics, without cookies

To know how many guests visit and from where, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts visits, pages, country, device and browser — with no cookies, no stored IP address and nothing that identifies you or follows you to other sites.

That is why this site does not ask you to accept cookies: it sets none. The only cookies you may meet come from TheFork’s booking calendar, and only after you open it yourself.

What we don't do

No advertising or social-media tracking pixels, no sale of personal data, no newsletters without you asking for one.

When you book or contact us

Table reservations run through TheFork: its booking calendar loads only when you open it, and TheFork processes the reservation details under its own privacy policy. Suite bookings are processed by the platform you choose (for example Booking.com or Expedia), whose own policies apply; we receive the information needed to host your stay. If you call or email us, we use your details only to handle that request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Email info@rohflow.gr and we will respond promptly. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
